About

What can I actually change, create, become in 1000 days...
This is my journey toward love, health, wellness, joy... everything that I wish and desire and have control over. All of those things that are on my "wish list" or "bucket list" in life... the things that are great for "before and after" photos always end up being what people see and remember... yet my intention is to live TODAY. Recognize that we are ALREADY worth being alive and knowing love... and smile as brightly and be as joyful because we exist in this very moment and we are who and what we are even as we grow and evolve. There most certainly are things that will allow me to look back and see what I have truly been able to accomplish in a specific amount of time.
I will show myself along that journey, hopefully gain some friends along the way, and share the images and other things that bring me closer to loving me right here and now as much as the me that I want to be.
While a great deal of this is physical, it is a journey which also includes the spiritual, mental, behavioral, physiological, emotional... Since my favorite option is most often "all of the above" it is a lovely thing that this too is all inclusive and all encompassing. Welcome!
